Blue Fire Grill is a run by husband and wife team Michael and Melinda French. Michael hails from Baltimore, MD which explains the fabulous crab cakes on the menu. (they’re the real deal by the way) He has been in the food and beverage business for over 25 years and has worked all over the United States. Michael started his career in St. Thomas, U.S.V.I. where he met his future wife Melinda. They eventually made their way back to her hometown of Huntington Beach, CA. where Melinda went to work for a Wine and Spirits distributor . Michael became Food and Beverage Director of Sierra Lakes golf course in Fontana which led to their move to Chino Hills in 2000. Opening a restaurant was always a dream and finally, in October of 2009, through a lot of hard work and a little luck, Blue Fire Grill was opened.
